Emotional Connection Predictive Model
We measure Emotional Connection between a company and its customers.
Through robust research, we have developed and validated metrics of Emotional Connection that are highly predictive of loyalty, purchase intent, advocacy and pricing power. Further, we have perfected, through extensive research, a linear pathway that customers (including yours) follow to build stronger Emotional Connection with companies.
The Emotional Connection Predictive Model has been applied to brands in 20 diverse industries, consistently predicting dramatic results. Across 200,000 customer interviews, Emotionally Connected customers advocate 150% more often, are 50% more loyal and are 50% more committed to buy additional products from their brands.
Touch Point Predictive Analytics
We can determine the impact of touch points on Emotional Connection.
Touch points (48 in total) include traditional media, a range of online interactions, and traditional channels such as call center and retail store. Touch Points which are “moments of truth” in creating, or hampering, Emotional Connection for customers are revealed and the impact of these experiences is quantified.
